Discover a new music mix with the MIXTRAX App.
Derived from Pioneer’s experience in developing world-renown professional DJ products, the MIXTRAX App analyzes the music library on your iPhone or iPod touch and effortlessly categorizes your music into unique non-stop mixes.
Each mix features virtual DJ effects that blend and transition one song to the next while maintaining the overall tempo and mood of the mix. You can now get into the mix without worrying about cueing up songs, beat matching, or adding effects, as the MIXTRAX App does it all for you.

◆Non-Stop Mix Play
・Automatically creates playlists grouping music according to common characteristics.
・Automatically selects tracks that share similar characteristics (tempo/melody).
・Mixes your music with automatic matching of music tempo and beat.
◆LinkGate
・Simply touch the track that is currently being played to create a new mix based on five different characteristics of the current track: Artist, Genre, Tempo, Age, All
◆Smart Shuffle
・The order of tracks within a playlist can instantly be set to match the tempo or mood of the music you are currently listening to.
◆Mix Style
・Choose from three types of mixes that offer different playback lengths and styles to create the ideal non-stop mix.
◆Mix Playlist
・MIXTRAX can now turn an entire playlist into a unique non-stop mix, so your favorite playlists can now become your favorite mixes.

・Connecting the device to a power source is recommended when performing music analysis.
・Music cannot be analyzed in the background.
・Analysis and non-stop mix playback of music with DRM(such as m4p file) restrictions is not possible.
For songs on iCloud, download the songs from the iCloud icon next to the song in the Music App.
・To use the Facebook sharing function, you need a Facebook application.
・After installing for the first time, select a song from the list and the song analysis will begin.
・The display may be distorted on some horizontal screens.

If you have the app radio then this app takes your music mix and makes it awesome. Combines your tunes in a perfect way and seamlessly blends them into different playlists. Great for music lovers.
One of the best "new app innovations" in my opinion. There is a reason why I have pioneer gear at home and in my car, because they have a good pulse on what consumers want, and how to take it a step further. Well done to the pioneer team, I wish more app Devs would borrow a page from your launch manual. You need to put together a commercial where this app tricks a huge club into thinking theres a real DJ behind the curtain, and its really just Pioneer Mixtrax. If you want to use my idea, just let me know and we can work out something ;)
Worth the try
Ive been waiting for somebody to do this. I cant exactly work mixing equipment in my car. Now your phone does the mixing for your. Your own personal club DJ. Go Pioneer! My hero!
